■ Corn Side Viewer - The Corn Side Viewer is an optical system that uses lenses and mirrors to facilitate product inspection. - By using the Corn Side Viewer, it is possible to inspect both the top and side surfaces of caps used for PET bottles with a single camera. - The center of the image captures the top surface of the cap directly, while the surrounding area displays the side surface. ■ Software - The images captured using the Corn Side Viewer (corn images) can be difficult for the human eye to interpret. - When displaying detected defect areas, it is easier to confirm them if they are shown as expanded (normal image) like a band. - To enable this type of display, we provide software called "Cone" that converts corn images into normal images. - Cone rapidly converts corn images from the camera into normal images and has the following basic functions: - Input function from the camera - Conversion from corn images to normal images - Saving function for corn images and normal images - Corn images and normal images can be saved in bitmap and PNG formats.
