The purpose of developing the electrosite is to separate solid and liquid within 2 to 4 minutes in wastewater, transforming it into clear water that meets Japan's environmental standards. The term "water superior to tap water" means water that can remove stable heavy metals and enable water recycling. The electrosite, as a coagulant, can aggregate stable heavy metals, base metals, and organic substances present in water. To convert stable heavy metals into unstable ones, positive charges are applied to the solid side and negative charges to the liquid side, causing stable heavy metals to collide at high speeds, stripping away outer shell electrons or breaking ionic bonds, thus creating unstable heavy metals. When clusters are opened and water molecules are allowed to swim freely, stable heavy metals and organic substances are released and begin to swim freely in the water. The opening of clusters involves applying a charge to water molecules, utilizing the repulsive force of magnets, which instantaneously breaks the bonds of water molecules. Heavy metals and base metals within the clusters are either released to float in the water or sink to the bottom.
