A heat storage type RTO exhaust gas treatment system that pursues low running costs for fuel.
The "TRH Series" uses honeycomb ceramic heat storage materials in heat exchangers to reduce fuel costs, which have been the biggest challenge for direct combustion exhaust gas treatment systems, and completely oxidizes exhaust gases with low fuel consumption. Thanks to the excellent heat exchange efficiency of the heat storage materials, low running costs are achieved even with low concentration exhaust gases (heat exchange efficiency of over 95%). The exhaust gases are decomposed and deodorized into water vapor and carbon dioxide through direct combustion, eliminating secondary pollution such as NOx (nitrogen oxides) generation. For any potential troubles, a double interlock system is employed. We also offer proposals for backup equipment.
