[Case Study Collection] Numerous examples of solving challenges with hydraulic lift products!
Case Studies of Products by Sanmax Co., Ltd.
The work deck that rises and falls using tap water, the multipurpose pole, and the lifting hoist are active in various sites. There are also examples of floodlights.
We are introducing a case study from Sanmax Co., Ltd., a unique specialist in Japan for lifting technology products using water pressure cylinders. <Features of the product and advantages of water pressure cylinders over hydraulic systems> ● No compression rebound, safe at low pressure ● Operability allows for fine movements ● Compact and lightweight, excellent mobility and workability, low power consumption ● No speed variation due to viscosity changes like oil ● Being water, it has minimal impact on the human body and surrounding environment ● No oil contamination, easy disposal, environmentally friendly ● High cost performance both at the time of installation and during operation <Featured case studies> - "Aqua decks for shopping centers/warehouses/factories" - "Aqua decks and light truck buckets for elevated maintenance work and electrical wire installation" - "Aqua decks that do not use electricity for chemical and painting factories/chemical plants" - "Temporary antenna poles for mobile phones and wireless communications" - "Power lighting vehicles for firefighting and disaster response" - "Balloon-type lighting for night construction" - "Other water pressure lifting products (exhibition decorations, tents, studio and theme park lighting, float lifting, mobile display stands for exhibition halls, high-altitude evaluation of road lighting and traffic signals, high-altitude measurement, and ice column removal)" For more details, please download the PDF document or contact us.
