The time required for removing welding beads can be reduced to one-third of that with a grinder! This achieves a perfect finish while reducing the operator's burden and improving productivity.
This is the first product on the market that allows a single person to easily remove the weld bead created when two large steel plates are welded together in heavy industries such as railways, shipbuilding, bridge construction, and road construction. Typically, a grinder is used to remove weld beads, but this process requires machining not only the welded joint but also the entire sheet, making it particularly difficult and time-consuming when welding large steel plates. However, with this product, the operator can remove the bead with minimal effort by simply pushing the product over the workpiece after setting the cutting depth with a dial. There is no need to repeatedly "grind" the workpiece, and it does not damage the surrounding surface. Additionally, this significantly reduces the operator's burden. Equipped with a 4200rpm, 1000W control motor, it is powerful and can consistently deliver the highest cutting speed. The product also features a roller guide designed to ensure the weld bead is reliably removed, making the operation very simple.
