[Case Study] Pneumatic-Hydraulic Conversion Air-Hydro Elevating Work Platform
DQ45S(2)Z-AHC、EQ33S(2)Z-AHC
For oil plants and pharmaceutical factories! Converts air pressure sources into water pressure without using electricity. Air-hydro powered lifting work platform (explosion-proof unapproved).
We would like to introduce a case where a high-altitude work platform equipped with our air-hydraulic converter, the "Air Hydro Converter," was introduced to a factory. The background leading to this introduction was the need to use a liftable high-altitude work platform in an area with explosion hazards. However, the standard hydraulic lift Aqua Deck could not be used because it operates an electric hydraulic pump. **Challenges** - Desire to use a liftable high-altitude work platform in an explosion hazard area - The standard hydraulic lift Aqua Deck cannot be used because it operates an electric hydraulic pump - Water splashes on the work platform (Aqua Deck). The "Air Hydro Converter" utilizes the pneumatic source available at the location to raise and lower the passenger box with converted hydraulic pressure, allowing the factory's pneumatic source to operate at 0.6 MPa or higher. **Benefits of Introduction** - The hydraulic lift Aqua Deck can now be used in places with explosion hazards, such as oil plants, chemical factories, powder plants, and painting factories. - High-altitude work, such as equipment inspections, has become possible. - It is okay if some water splashes on it. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.* *Note: Explosion-proof certification has not been obtained.*

basic information
This is a high-altitude work platform that does not use electricity and employs the air-hydraulic converter "Air Hydro Converter." It can be used in locations where there is a risk of explosion or where water may splash. The "Air Hydro Converter" utilizes the air pressure source available at the site to raise and lower the passenger box with the converted water pressure, and it can operate with a factory air pressure source of 0.6 MPa or more. Please consider it for high-altitude work in oil plants, powder plants, food factories, pharmaceutical factories, cosmetic factories, painting factories, clean rooms, and more. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. *Explosion-proof certification has not been obtained.
