Benefits of wireless technology: It becomes easier to operate and control mobile equipment, as well as to carry out installation work.
The installation work of mobile equipment such as transport trolleys and cranes, as well as the management of surrounding systems, will become easier! This enables flexible system design.
By wireless enabling the factory equipment, it becomes easier to control mobile equipment. Factory equipment such as transport carts and gantry cranes involves movement, making wired connections difficult. Even in such cases, considering wireless options eliminates the need to think about wiring, allowing for flexible system design that contributes to increased efficiency and safety in the factory. [Challenges and Issues] ■ We want to install various safety sensors, such as proximity sensors for collision prevention. ■ There is no means to connect when we want to detect equipment errors with other equipment, making it impossible to realize. ■ While control is automated, some manual operation is necessary, but the cost of sending signals for manual operation is high. *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Company information
In the pursuit of production efficiency and labor-saving, manufacturers' production sites continue to evolve daily. From these sites, a diverse range of "technical needs" is emerging. Since its establishment, Kinjyo Electric has been providing various technologies, equipment, and systems with a focus on "FA" in response to such demands. Among these, in the area of "electric control," we have built unique technologies and know-how. As specialists, we have achieved many accomplishments across industrial and high-tech fields. Additionally, we have deployed advanced analytical instruments to corporate R&D departments and public research institutions, responding to many "technical needs" from aspects beyond FA, including meeting the required high specifications. Moving forward, Kinjyo Electric will promote a "technology development-led" business expansion to provide more advanced equipment and systems across a wider range of fields. We will strengthen our development and sales departments and work on developing original and innovative equipment and systems. To achieve this, Kinjyo Electric will intersect various technologies and accumulate the knowledge and know-how that arises from them. As a "CROSSING POINT" for delivering more advanced solutions, we will respond to the "technical needs" of our user companies.
