Measures against hair contamination complaints! Improved foreign matter removal rate is expected during roller application with adhesion and during air shower with wind pressure.
The "Static Electricity Removal Blade" is a curtain that instantly removes static electricity through corona discharge when in contact with a string. Simply passing through the string reduces hair contamination. It can be easily installed with screws. Fallen hair is adhered to a removable "adhesive mat," preventing it from being brought into the processing area. By removing static electricity, it is expected to improve the removal rate of foreign substances during roller application and air shower due to wind pressure. 【Features】 ■ The stainless frame has a structure that minimizes dust accumulation. ■ As a countermeasure against hair contamination complaints, it promotes hygiene awareness. ■ It serves as a countermeasure against hair contamination complaints during commuting, after breaks, and after using the restroom. ■ Static electricity is temporarily removed through corona discharge upon contact with the string. ■ After contact, vibrations from walking cause foreign substances to naturally fall (falling within approximately 3 to 7 meters after contact). *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.
