The "OWL-3S" is a wind speed meter with an alarm, consisting of a cup-type pulse transmitter and a digital LCD indicator. The transmitter converts the rotation of the cups into a pulse signal using a light sensor, which is then superimposed on the power supply and sent to the indicator.
