Acrylic-based two-component synthetic resin "Vandex Flexin"
Acrylic-based two-component synthetic resin | Pressure injection waterproofing for concrete structures
A system method that integrates the injection material, injection machine, and construction method!
The "Vandex Flexin" method is a technique that involves injecting a very low-viscosity acrylic-based two-component synthetic resin into the leaking parts of concrete using a high-pressure injection machine. Holes are drilled at an angle of approximately 45 degrees into the leaking areas of the concrete, and a special nozzle is used to inject a hydrophilic injection material in a regulated amount, allowing it to fill the entire gap. The injected material becomes a highly elastic resin, demonstrating top-level water-stopping effectiveness. 【Features】 ■ The injected polymer is a durable and elastic hydrophilic high-elasticity resin. ■ The resin can absorb water and expand in volume under wet conditions. ■ The gel time, injection pressure, and injection duration of the injection material can be freely controlled. ■ A method capable of addressing various leakage phenomena. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
