Creating a dry construction area! Introducing a case study using two decomposable super plugs and conduits.
We would like to introduce a construction example of the "disassemblable super plug" (for on-site assembly) using the "super plug system construction method" that our company handles. This project involved connecting a new pipe to an existing manhole on the 5th basement level using a thrust method and constructing an invert. The construction result showed that the existing inflow pipe had a diameter of 2000mm, while the material entrance had a diameter of 900mm. Therefore, we used two disassemblable super plugs and a guide pipe to dewater the construction area. After that, we connected the new pipe with a diameter of 1500mm and completed the invert construction. 【Construction Example】 ■ Challenge - Connect a new pipe to the existing manhole on the 5th basement level using a thrust method and construct an invert. ■ Result - Used two disassemblable super plugs and a guide pipe to dewater the construction area. - Completed the connection of the new pipe with a diameter of 1500mm and the invert construction. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
