The "Kōyō 12000" is a work barge for caisson production, boasting a manufacturing capacity of 12,000 tons. As one of the largest floating docks in the country, it achieves excellent watertightness and strength, demonstrating its capabilities particularly in the production of large caissons, which are in high demand, as well as in large-scale projects. Additionally, the pontoon deck is robust, with a thickness of 14mm and a pressure resistance of 18t/m², and advanced shipbuilding technology is utilized throughout the hull structure. 【Features】 - The required time for water intake and drainage is approximately 2.5 hours. - Thanks to computer-controlled ballast tank water intake, even massive caissons can be launched in an extremely short time. - Equipped with two jib cranes with a reach of 40m and a rated load of 6.0t on the upper deck's port side, allowing for efficient caisson production. - The depth of the upper deck is 28.3m, enabling high launching. - It can secure a maximum sinking draft (planned) of 26.8m, among other features. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
