The "Hamanasu No. 3" is a work barge designed for caisson production, boasting a manufacturing capacity of 7,000 tons. As a floating dock, it is capable of producing small to medium-sized caissons as well as large caissons, with a very short time of just 2 hours required for both filling and draining during caisson launching. Additionally, a passageway is provided in the center of the hull, allowing access on both sides even during sinking. 【Features】 - The filling and draining during caisson launching can be operated fully automatically by a computer. - Two jib cranes are installed on one side as cargo handling machinery to enhance work efficiency. - The thickness of the pontoon deck steel plate is 14mm, providing a robust pressure resistance of 13t/m². - Internal telephones are installed in four key locations, including the control room, to simplify communication. - The height is set at 19.50m for high launching, with a maximum sinking draft of 18.00m. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
