Heat pipe method that transmits heat through a metal heat collector! It can operate directly connected to the water supply.
The water supply direct connection type "Santop" does not directly fill water into the glass tube, but instead transmits heat through a metal heat collector using a "heat pipe" method. Since pressure is not applied inside the glass tube and only the tank is pressurized during operation, it can operate with a direct connection to the water supply. Additionally, while the "Sanars" required a separate faucet to connect to the water heater, the "Santop" can be directly connected to the primary side of the water heater, eliminating the need for a separate faucet. This method ensures that the water supply temperature to the water heater is always at warm water temperature, achieving significant energy savings. 【Features】 ■ Does not directly fill water into the glass tube, but transmits heat through a metal heat collector ■ Operates without applying pressure inside the glass tube, only pressurizing the tank ■ Capable of operating with a direct connection to the water supply ■ Renewed the water supply and hot water nozzles from the bottom side of the tank to the side of the tank ■ Achieves significant energy savings by maintaining the water supply temperature to the water heater at warm water temperature *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company was established in 1917 as an ironworks company manufacturing steel structures, boilers, and more. Currently, our main products leverage our location for maritime transport to produce flue gas desulfurization systems for coal-fired power plants and steel plants. We have also introduced large five-sided machining centers and large horizontal boring mills, enabling us to carry out integrated production from sheet metal to machining of large industrial machinery, such as vacuum chambers for manufacturing glass substrates for LCD televisions. Furthermore, we are advancing the development of our own products, focusing on solar thermal energy, one of the renewable energy sources, and are engaged in the development and sales of vacuum tube solar thermal utilization systems. The applications of solar thermal utilization are expanding beyond just hot water supply to include heating, cooling, and dehumidification air conditioning. In the field of solar thermal utilization equipment, we have received numerous awards: - [2010] 6th Hiroshima Dream Energy Award, Special Prize - [2011] "Santop" 8th Eco Products Award, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award - [2011] Lohas Design Award, Grand Prize in the Mono Category - [2012] 10th Japan Environmental Management Award - [2014] Fukuyama Environmental Award
