No need to fill shield gas! By using it in conjunction with "HIPURGE," shield gas is automatically supplied inside the pipe.
The "Shield Gas Supply Base" is a shield gas supply tool that does not require the detachment of the back shield jig. By attaching it between the positioner and the chuck, it allows for the supply of shield gas into the pipe from the chuck side. When used in conjunction with our sold back shield jig for pipes, it can directly supply shield gas right under the weld bead. 【Features】 ■ No need to detach the jig when attaching or detaching the pipe ■ Automatically supplies shield gas into the pipe when used in conjunction with "HIPURGE" ■ Allows for direct supply of shield gas right under the weld bead when used with the back shield jig for pipes ■ We offer three types of compatible chucks: WP-200, WP-300, and WP-400. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
