Multi-chemical luminescence and fluorescence imaging system with the highest reliability of results in a highly sensitive automated system.
High Accuracy Equipped with a high-performance lens and a cooling-type high-resolution CCD camera, along with proprietary optical imaging, it can accurately resolve and distinguish closely spaced chemical bands/fluorescent bands/spots on complex gels. High Speed With an option to use multi-color channels that are 200 times brighter than standard LEDs, it provides high-speed exposure and clear multi-fluorescent images. High Sensitivity Can repeatedly detect femtogram quantities of DNA and proteins.

basic information
High-Performance Lens: Excellent images require excellent lenses. Utilizing high-performance lenses with an aperture of F: 1.2 to 0.8 and software. High-Resolution Cooling CCD Camera: Ultra-high resolution of 4 to 9 megapixels. Ensures reliable separation of closely spaced fluorescent bands and spots even in 2D gels across a wide wavelength range. Cooling Function: Peltier cooling allows for increased exposure time without increasing troublesome background noise, enabling the detection of minute chemiluminescence. Filter Wheel: An electric wheel that can hold up to 7 types of filters. A UV filter is standard, with many optional filters available. Downward UV/LED Light: In addition to standard white LEDs, there are numerous optional UV and LED lights, with four types that can be set on one wall. In particular, HI-LED provides high-speed exposure and high-quality images with brightness 200 times that of standard lights, leaving competitors behind. Real Imaging: Generates actual optical images, not digitally processed enlargements. Many Visible Light Options: UV transmission lighting options include 302 nm, 254 nm, and 365 nm.
