Main parts made of stainless steel! Easy-to-maintain drum rotation type fermentation dryer.
The "High Composer" is a drum-type fermentation dryer that allows for various operations depending on the moisture content of the raw materials. The horizontal fermentation tank rotates supported by the tires and rollers of the outer cylinder, preventing undue stress. Once started, it operates at approximately 1/5 A (ampere) of the starting torque during normal operation. The fixed axis and feeding blades are made of stainless steel, and the interior of the drum is finished with stainless steel lining and coating. 【Features】 ■ Sealed type: Minimal influence from external temperatures, with negligible differences in processing capacity between summer and winter. ■ Large-scale processing: Horizontal kiln, expanded by connecting drums horizontally. ■ Space-saving design: Increased drum diameter for high-speed consolidated processing. ■ Simple structure: Easy maintenance, with a long operational track record of 25 years. ■ Unique technology: 7 domestic and international patents and utility model registrations. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
