Transport heavy, non-ventilated materials like steel plates without external energy supply! Achieve savings in running costs with the transport system!
A vacuum suction lifting device is a transport device that uses the power of vacuum to adhere to a workpiece and is used by suspending it from an electric chain block. In our standard vacuum suction lifting devices, external power sources such as electricity or compressed air are required during the suction process, but the "Vacuum Master Eco" does not require any external energy supply! The "Vacuum Master Eco" enables horizontal transport of workpieces with smooth surfaces and no porosity, weighing up to 500 kg. By introducing a vacuum suction lifting device, it becomes possible for a single operator to transport heavy items that traditionally required many hands, without feeling the load. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

■Functions of the Vacuum Master Eco During use, lower the lifter onto the load until the chain is sufficiently loose. Once the chain is loose, the internal valve closes. When the lifter is raised, the internal cylinder is pulled, creating a vacuum that allows for the suction transport of the load. Upon release, lowering the lifter until the chain is sufficiently loose will automatically open the valve, releasing the vacuum. Since the valve opens and closes when the chain is loose, it will not switch due to vibrations during transport, allowing for safe suction transport.
