It is used for tasks such as loading and unloading materials into processing machines, safely transporting metals, wood, plastics, and glass weighing up to 500 kg without any load! ★ Depending on the work requirements, you can also choose functions to tilt the load by 90° or rotate it by 180°. The vacuum suction lifting device "Vacuum Master" has a modular structure that allows components to be freely combined. It securely holds the workpiece using the vacuum generated by a vacuum pump and suction pads, and since the main beam also serves as a vacuum tank, it can be used safely without immediately dropping the load even during unexpected power outages.

■Vacuum Master Basic This is the standard type of Vacuum Master. The lifting operation is controlled by a remote for an electric chain hoist. Additionally, the vacuum on/off is operated by a manual slide valve (with a safety lock button).

■Vacuum Master Comfort This is a higher model type of the Vacuum Master Basic. It allows all operations, including the lifting and lowering of the electric chain block, to be performed using the handle. It is equipped with an energy-saving feature that stops the operation of the vacuum pump as long as sufficient vacuum pressure is maintained.
