Introducing our special processing, such as heat treatment (reinforcement) processing and double glazing processing!
Our company specializes in "special glass processing," including heat treatment (tempering) and double glazing processing. "Heat treatment" refers to glass that has been heated to near its softening point (approximately 650°C) and then rapidly cooled, creating a compressive layer on the glass surface that counteracts the tensile forces that could cause the glass to break, similar to ordinary transparent tempered glass. Additionally, we offer "shatterproof film application" for larger sizes of glass, such as those measuring over 1m² or 1800mm or more, as well as the option to specify the orientation of patterns. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Heat treatment (tempering) ■ Double glazing processing ■ Shatterproof film application ■ Pattern orientation specification ■ Pattern matching *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
