<Can Manufacturing> We undertake the fabrication of can frames, enclosures, structures, and carts by cutting and welding materials such as angle steel and pipes. We can work with iron, stainless steel, and aluminum materials. High-precision finishing is also possible through secondary processing using machining. <Polishing Processing> We offer "buff polishing processing" for medical instruments, food machinery, and components of scientific devices. We have independently researched iron buff (emery buff) and can accommodate various shapes and grain sizes for polishing. The standard finish is approximately #400, but we can also achieve semi-mirror finishes. Additionally, for precision machine parts related to semiconductors and medical applications, we perform "lapping processing" that maintains dimensional accuracy while achieving polishing around Ra1.0. Dimensional changes are approximately 1 to 2μm. <Welding Processing> We provide detailed welding processing by skilled TIG welders. We can work with stainless steel, which is prone to distortion, and aluminum materials, which are considered difficult to weld. After welding, please specify if you require processes such as burn-off, bead cutting, or polishing finishing. Polishing finishing can also be handled in-house.
