The running cross-cut saw is a cutting machine that rapidly crosscuts decorative boards and long counter materials (strips) using a circular saw (chip saw). 【Features】 ■ By using two circular saws for front and rear cutting, it achieves a cutting surface without burrs or chipping. (UR2M/UR2KM models) ■ Long materials can be fed in and automatically cut to length continuously by simply turning on the machine. ■ Dimension input is easy with a touch panel. ■ Supports QR code/barcode input (optional). ■ The length measurement device features precise positioning in 0.1 mm increments using a servo motor. ■ Equipped with a guiding shaft to ensure stable cutting surfaces without burrs on the material. ■ The running guide uses LM guides to maintain high running accuracy over a long period.
