The product in the photo is an example where the weight was reduced from 1.2 kg to 0.6 kg by using cast iron for the screw structure that requires strength, and surrounding it with aluminum casting. Additionally, by applying a molten aluminum coating with a heat resistance temperature of 800°C to the cast iron screw part, significant improvement in corrosion resistance of the cast iron is achieved.
