To enhance the efficiency of heat sink functions using aluminum castings, more complex and thinner shapes are achieved through sand casting to maximize the aluminum surface area. Shapes that are difficult to form with castings (such as those requiring sand cores or holes that cannot be machined) can also be formed using pipes of the same material.

An aluminum sand casting that forms a water channel with a 3mm pitch fin structure, optimizing the heat sink function through water cooling. Our unique manufacturing method allows for shapes that are difficult to mold with traditional sand casting, accommodating production from a single unit to hundreds of lots.
