In factory automation (FA), along with the advancement of IoT, the management of equipment operation and environmental management at various processes are being re-evaluated through the use of various sensors to collect information sequentially, known as "visualization," and preventive maintenance management. "Momo and Ayaka" contributes to the "visualization" of environmental information and processes with high flexibility and cost performance by utilizing general-purpose sensors, advanced wireless technology, and our core technologies of network compatibility and power management. The WD100 series "Momo and Ayaka" is a device that allows for the remote collection of environmental information and control of equipment using a wireless method based on LoRa. The system is composed of a measurement and control unit and a data collection communication control server. The measurement and control unit is prepared in various forms according to the data and control content to be collected. The device is waterproof (IP67) to be installed in both indoor and outdoor environments.
