In terms of appearance, the welded parts are mirror-finished! Introduction of manufacturing processing examples (cleaning tank).
We would like to introduce a case study of the manufacturing and processing of a cleaning tank conducted by Nagasawa Koki Co., Ltd. Since the material is an abrasive and the product has no surface treatment, we processed it with care. The exterior and weld areas were polished to a mirror finish, and the inner surface had burn marks removed. To minimize the number of weld points, we devised a method for joining (unfolding). 【Case Study】 ■Product Name: Cleaning Tank ■Dimensions (mm): 710*440*320 ■Material: SUS304-2B one-side polished (#400) t=2.0mm ■Surface Treatment: None ■Standard Lead Time/Lot: 8 days/2 units ■Process Overview: Programming, punching, threading, bending, welding, inspection *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
