This is a lightweight and high-strength fiber insulation material developed at the request of JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency).
This is a revolutionary machinable ceramic that is formed by adding a special binder to high-temperature insulating wool, thermally fused at high temperatures, and structured into a three-dimensional mesh, enhancing its lightweight, high strength, durability against spalling, and breathability. Compared to diatomaceous earth traditionally used in glass processing, it offers stable quality and can withstand long-term use, resulting in high cost performance. ■ Features - Lightweight with a small thermal capacity - Capable of precision machining - High thermal shock resistance ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
