RCF regulation exempt: IsoLite Industries' fireproof insulation material, bio-soluble fiber (AES wool) bulk (fluffy) products.
It is a biocompatible dissolvable fiber (AES wool) with the following properties: - It is resistant to high temperatures. - It has high thermal insulation properties. - It is lightweight and has low heat storage capacity. - It is chemically stable. - It can withstand rapid heating and cooling. In addition to heat resistance and thermal insulation, it has excellent filling properties and resistance to thermal shock, making it suitable for use as an expansion filler, as backup insulation for various industrial furnaces, and as a raw material for various secondary processed products. - Filling density guideline: Generally, it can be filled and used in the range of 60 to 250 kg/m³, according to the desired density.
