Currently located in Settsu City, Osaka Prefecture, it conducts short-term processing of industrial prototypes made from plastics (resins) and light metals (such as aluminum and magnesium). The main business is the production of prototypes, which are essential for product development across various fields. K's Model excels in small lot processing of non-ferrous metals (such as aluminum die-cast ADC12, magnesium, zinc die-cast ZDC2, brass, copper, etc.) and plastics (resins, general-purpose plastics, engineering plastics, super engineering plastics), as well as silicone rubber prototypes. It also offers urethane rubber vacuum casting and machining of aluminum castings (tapping, threading) using the latest machine tools equipped with CAD/CAM and 24-hour automated operation, ensuring high precision quality and the shortest delivery times. The company primarily handles complex shape processing, gear processing, screw processing, high precision processing with tolerances of ±0.01 mm, thin cutting with a thickness of 0.1 t, plastic (resin) processing, metal processing, aluminum die-casting, and mold corrections in units of 0.01 mm, all from single items to short delivery times.
