- Features A system that allows monitoring of collected data using a transmitter equipped with a vibration sensor capable of wireless communication at 920mHZ. (Depending on the type of sensor installed, temperature, vibration, current, and humidity can also be measured.) By setting arbitrary alarm values, abnormalities can be confirmed on the screen, and monitoring is possible not only on the monitoring PC but also on tablet devices through cloud connectivity. The transmitter is powered by either a 100V power supply or batteries, and the sensors can be easily installed using strong magnets, eliminating the need for extensive construction. The vibration sensor is a 3-axis accelerometer that can withstand vibrations from fine vibrations below 1G to a maximum of 16G. There are proven installations in large motors at plants and precision machinery factories. - Benefits of Implementation With excellent portability featuring a pull handle and casters, the measurement location can be easily changed. It has durability with waterproof and dustproof specifications, making it usable for outdoor plant equipment. The transmitter can be easily attached with magnets, and by setting up the monitoring PC for LTE communication, it is possible to view the monitoring screen from a remote location.
