**Features** - Both process monitoring and control of the press machine can be handled by this single unit. - Achieves space-saving and reduced wiring for the control panel. - Pass/fail judgment with two inputs: Connect pressure, load, and torque sensors on the Y-axis, and time, displacement, and rotation angle sensors on the X-axis to perform pass/fail judgment in two dimensions. - Waveform comparison function: Continuously compares the set waveform with the measured waveform. If the measured waveform exceeds the set waveform at any point, it is judged as defective. - Multi-point comparison function: Allows pass/fail judgment at multiple points in a single process (up to 5 points). - Judgment results and waveforms can be uploaded to a higher-level host. - Preventive maintenance through trend display: Quickly detects abnormalities and can prevent failures before they occur. - Motor control function: Frequently used press sequences are provided as templates.
