In preparation for IoT implementation, we would like to introduce the sensors we handle. The sub-unit (transmitter) does not require modifications to the sequencer or power supply work, and it is equipped with a repeater function, allowing for simple improvement of radio wave conditions. By changing the type of sensor, it can be expanded to include identification, proximity, RFID, and more. Additionally, the main unit (receiver/transmitter) features a monitoring display function, enabling support for various work styles, identification monitoring of equipment anomalies, and visualization through production display capabilities. Up to 30 sub-units can communicate data with one main unit.
