Introducing EVA film with a high ratio of VA, excellent high-frequency weldability!
"Evasilk" is a film material primarily made of EVA resin, free of plasticizers and environmentally friendly. The film surface can undergo corona treatment for printing and adhesive applications. It excels in low-temperature characteristics, weather resistance, and dielectric strength. Additionally, beyond regular products, we can flexibly accommodate custom orders for thickness, width, coloring, and lot numbers. 【Features】 - Free of plasticizers, flexible, highly safe, and environmentally considerate - Low specific gravity allows for lightweight (Specific gravity: PVC: 1.2–1.3, Evasilk: 0.94–0.96) - Excellent low-temperature characteristics, weather resistance, and dielectric strength - High ratio of vinyl acetate (VA) provides excellent high-frequency weldability - Corona treatment available on the film surface for printing and adhesive applications 【Applications】 - Raincoats - Aprons - Shower curtains - Card cases - Passbook cases - Adhesive tape substrates - Packaging materials - Gloves, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Kohshin Rubber Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells products made from rubber and vinyl. Our current business structure consists of three main pillars: the Shoes and Wear Division, the Industrial Products Division, and the Industrial Materials Division. The Shoes and Wear Division handles various types of footwear, including rubber boots, safety sneakers, and kitchen shoes, as well as various types of work rainwear. The Industrial Products Division focuses on industrial hoses made from rubber and resin. Key products include molded hoses (rubber) for automobiles and construction machinery, hoses for air tools, painting, food use, and suction hoses (resin) for water delivery. The Industrial Materials Division manufactures and sells raw materials such as tarpaulin sheets and waterproof sheets for flexible container bags used in powder transportation, as well as various films, supporting the foundation of various industries. We are also transitioning the materials of these sheets and films from existing PVC to environmentally friendly materials such as urethane and EVA.
