Our cabinets are made from modular components. The size, capacity, location, and the number of doors and windows of the cabinet can be configured to match all applications. The three basic principles of configuration vary depending on the application and operating environment. Additionally, performance, ergonomics, and a wide range of accessories provided to optimize operation contribute to the overall functionality. The key differentiator from the Basic type is the incorporation of support posts within the structure. These posts are made of GRP (65% glass fiber content) for high rigidity, distributing loads applied to the wall panels across the entire post structure to achieve excellent structural strength even in large-format cabinets. Combined with the proprietary C-rail concept, the system enables flexible internal layout of instrumentation and electrical equipment, making it a proven and highly reliable solution.

  INTERTEC-Hess Classic Cabinet | Robust Structural Specifications with Extensive Options The Classic Cabinet's standard specifications feature GRP/PU/GRP sandwich construction for walls and doors, with a 60 mm roof and 80 mm floor (adjustable to specification), delivering excellent thermal management performance through thick insulation panels. Stainless steel hardware is standard, and the load-distributing support post structure using GRP posts (65% glass fiber content) ensures high durability. The standard color is RAL 7032 (light grey), with RAL 7001 grey available under the "GO" antistatic option. Available options include the "GO" antistatic specification (recommended for hazardous/explosion-proof areas), special color finishes, and window installation, accommodating a wide range of project requirements.

  INTERTEC-Hess Pressurized Cabinet | Ex p-Rated GRP Cabinet for Analytical and Precision Instrument Protection in Hazardous Areas The Pressurized Cabinet is an Ex p (pressurized explosion protection) rated GRP cabinet designed to protect analytical instruments and precision instrumentation in hazardous locations. As shown in the photograph, it can house liquid analyzers, sampling systems, valves, and pipework in a single integrated enclosure. By maintaining a positive pressure inside the cabinet, it prevents the ingress of explosive atmospheres, enabling non-Ex-rated equipment to be operated directly in hazardous areas.
