The BOE-MESC Enclosure incorporates a sealing structure using 10 mm cellular rubber and a rubber profile, and comes standard with two WDD membrane grommets (ø26 mm) for sensor cable entry. As illustrated in the engineering drawings (front view, side view, top view, and general view), the solution was designed as an integrated system combining an E+H PMD75 transmitter, a Schneider 4-valve manifold (SBB-AC0-SG00), a BOXTHERM self-limiting heater, TC ATEX DE1 SJ, and a sunshade SD-22. The design features an optimized pipe-mounting structure via a BOE-MESC mounting plate, along with carefully routed cable and sensor wiring paths, enabling stable long-term operation in harsh outdoor environments. This project exemplifies INTERTEC's capability to deliver end-to-end solutions — from detailed engineering design tailored to specific project requirements through to final delivery.
