You can use the installed PLC and commercially available IP cameras to save the state during a malfunction!
We handle the "SALTYSTER IndustryTrigger" at our company. Using alarms managed on the PLC as triggers, it automatically outputs PLC information and video around the time of the alarm occurrence, allowing for analysis of the cause of the failure later. 【Basic Functions】 ■ PLC Information Acquisition Settings - Basic PLC Information - Communication Protocol: MC Protocol (Mitsubishi, Keyence), FINS (Omron) - Definition of Acquisition Registers (Data Name, Data Type) - Registered Records (Acquisition Conditions, Record Structure) - Easy configuration and connectivity check via web application ■ Recorder Settings - Recording Events (Set triggers such as alarm occurrence, thresholds, etc.) - Recording Time (Time before and after the event) - PLC Data to be outputted to files - Cameras for video storage (up to 3) ■ Function Enhancement Plans (Under Development) - Support for OPCUA server, DB replication function, real-time analysis function

Company information
We offer the embedded database engine "SpeeDBee," which is optimal for various data management models such as relational models, KVS models, and time-series models. The latest time-series model features a consolidation function that handles data with different sampling rates on the same time axis, real-time analysis capabilities that perform basic statistics/FFT analysis in units of a fixed number of records while ingesting data, a persistence function that periodically saves data to storage, and support for OPC UA for integration with higher-level systems, as well as replication. Additionally, we provide middleware "SALTYSTER," which implements the above database engine and supports IoT and edge computing. This solution addresses various issues that become bottlenecks during IoT implementation, such as packet communication costs, cloud capacity constraints, high-speed big data processing, and development productivity. We have numerous adoption records with manufacturers developing and producing FA equipment, measuring instruments, home appliances, network devices, medical devices, and machine tools, as well as system development companies (Sier). Our company also has extensive experience in system development ranging from embedded systems to web, mobile, and AI analysis. Please contact us for consulting on data management and system development.
