The Defrost Meister offers two types of defrosting solutions, "fixed type (room style)" and "connected type (trolley style)," tailored to meet customer defrosting needs. It is a low-temperature, high-humidity mist defrosting freezer that enables speedy defrosting with high humidity mist. It achieves high-quality defrosting with minimal drip and no variation in the temperature of the defrosted products. There are numerous implementations in the seafood and meat processing industries. Thanks to the uniquely designed defrost fan unit and control program, it eliminates temperature inconsistencies inside the unit, allowing for uniform and high-quality defrosting. Additionally, the inclusion of ultraviolet sterilization lamps significantly improves the hygiene environment within the unit.
