We will support the implementation in the common areas of the condominium and in the residences of the condominium residents.
Our company investigates all lighting in the common areas of condominiums (indoor and outdoor) and proposes the introduction of economically beneficial 'LED lighting' considering necessity and cost efficiency. Based on our extensive experience, we respond to the diverse needs of condominium management associations, so please feel free to consult us. [Proposal Examples] ■ Updating all lighting due to aging: In condominiums that have been completed for 15 to 16 years or more, the installed fixtures have aged, and we propose converting all lighting to LED through the replacement of fixtures, including emergency lights. ■ Economic effects of reducing electricity costs: In condominiums with direct-tube emergency lights, we suggest replacing them with LED lighting type emergency lights due to the discontinuation of direct fluorescent tubes. ■ Exterior lighting including garden lights and mercury lamps: Exterior lighting with fixtures that have deteriorated due to rust, etc., poses a risk of electric leakage. We will reuse any parts that can be reused and only replace the fixtures. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
