Evaluating gap permeability! Introducing the workability evaluation criteria for high-flow concrete.
The "J Ring Flow Test" is an evaluation method for the workability (material separation resistance, fluidity, and gap passing ability) required for high fluidity concrete using high-performance AE water-reducing agents containing thickening agents, with a target slump flow of 500 mm or more. By installing a J ring in the conventional slump flow test, the gap passing ability is evaluated based on the obstacles provided by the J ring. 【Evaluation Contents】 ■ Material Separation Resistance ■ Fluidity ■ Gap Passing Ability *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Performance Evaluation Content** ■ Material Separation Resistance - The performance of fresh concrete in maintaining uniformity against material separation effects caused by gravity, external forces, etc. ■ Fluidity - The performance of fresh concrete indicating how easily it flows under the influence of gravity, external forces, etc. ■ Gap Passing Ability - The performance of fresh concrete in passing through narrow spaces, such as between reinforcing bars, without causing material separation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
