"DepoClean" is a product designed to remove residual substances (mold deposits) from molds. The price is 7,200 yen (excluding tax) for a set of six bottles. It allows for the quick removal of mold deposits that have adhered to the surface of the mold without having to remove the mold itself. It is used for molds in processes such as blow molding of polyacetal resin PET bottles. [Usage Instructions] 1. While the mold is open during processing, spray DepoClean onto the area where mold deposits have formed and let it sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute to penetrate. Then, close the mold again, inject the resin, and remove the deposits from the molded product. Typically, complete removal is possible within five shots. 2. To remove dirt (especially oil stains), spray sufficiently on the affected area and wipe it off with a cloth or similar material. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
