The "QB3 Series" is a pneumatic regulator that can control the pressure on the outlet side in proportion to the command input signal within a pressure range from vacuum to 1 MPa. It features a built-in volume booster that achieves a maximum flow rate of 850 SLPM, and the main body consists of two solenoid valves, a pressure sensor, and a control circuit.
