During inspections before delivery, we measure using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, block gauges, screw gauges, image dimension measuring devices, three-dimensional measuring machines, and jigs to compare the drawings with the actual products. We pay close attention to dimensional changes due to temperature differences, expansion due to water absorption, and warping or distortion related to shape and material, striving to meet your requests as much as possible.
