The traditional Japanese dyeing technique known as Yuzen-zome allows for a variety of expressions by using "color paste." The Yuzen tatami "Gold and Silver" applies this dyeing technique to create a tatami surface in gold and silver that is highly resistant to fading. The colors are expressed by mixing color paste into each piece of washi tatami. ■ Child-Rearing Tatami This tatami is developed for families with children and early childhood education and care settings.
