The solid content in the processing liquid is low! The consumption of filtration aids is minimal due to the precise feeding mechanism of the scraper.
The "PC Filter Precoat Type" is a filtration device used when the solid content in the processing liquid is low, and the purpose of filtration is to clarify the filtrate. A suitable thickness (around 60 mm) of filter aid is pre-coated on the filtration body, and solid particles in the processing liquid are generated as a cake on its surface. The generated solids are scraped off with a scraper knife along with a very small amount of filter aid, resulting in clarified filtrate. 【Features】 ■ Extremely clear filtrate can be obtained ■ Can process slurries with low solid content ■ Excellent economic efficiency *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
