Compact shooting equipment that can be used anywhere! Efficient crack inspection with simultaneous shooting.
"HIVIDAS" is a diagnostic technology that serves as an alternative to visual and acoustic surveys conducted by humans. It combines thermal images obtained through high-sensitivity infrared thermography (passive method) with the field of view (shooting range) of visible images captured by a high-resolution digital camera, allowing for continuous simultaneous shooting. Through image processing, it extracts "bubbles and delaminations" as well as "cracks" to create deformation development diagrams. 【Features】 ■ Compact shooting device - The shooting device is equipped with infrared thermography and a digital camera on a shooting stand. - Shooting is conducted through computer control using a control box. - The shooting device can be manually transported and assembled. ■ Efficient survey method - Continuous simultaneous shooting is performed by aligning the angles of the infrared thermography and visible images. - These images are overlaid, allowing for efficient image stitching, deformation extraction, and output of deformation diagrams. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
