Even in the noisy processing factory, phone support is available! The evaluation from new customers and business partners has improved.
We would like to introduce a case where issues were resolved through the update of telephone equipment at a foundry. The president handles phone calls in the office, but when he is unavailable, calls from clients keep ringing, and even with a cordless phone installed on-site, he was unable to notice incoming calls, which became a concern. In response, we proposed a telephone main unit for small businesses from Nakayo. We set it up so that when there is an incoming external call, a loud bell sound resonates throughout the factory. Even in the noisy processing factory, all employees were able to notice the phone ringing and respond accordingly. [Implementation Effects] - All employees in the noisy processing factory were able to notice the phone ringing and respond. - The evaluation from new customers and business partners has improved. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
