We would like to introduce a case where issues were resolved through the update of telephone equipment at a foundry. The president handles phone calls in the office, but when he is unavailable, calls from clients keep ringing, and even with a cordless phone installed on-site, he was unable to notice incoming calls, which became a concern. In response, we proposed a telephone main unit for small businesses from Nakayo. We set it up so that when there is an incoming external call, a loud bell sound resonates throughout the factory.
