It removes foreign substances such as nuts and cookies from the liquid chocolate. ◎ Excellent in cleanability (1) Casing opening and closing mechanism Without a casing opening and closing mechanism, it is necessary to remove bolts and lift the casing for internal cleaning. (2) Non-flat basket If the basket is not flat, it is necessary to remove the basket from the main shaft and lift it for cleaning the bottom of the basket. Thanks to the mechanisms in (1) and (2), the cleaning and confirmation process, which used to take one day, can now be completed in about two hours, resulting in a time reduction of 91.6%.
