The "CHL-5Z" is a chlorophyll meter that allows for direct immersion of the detector in water for measurement. It measures the fluorescence intensity caused by chlorophyll in real-time. By inputting the correlation coefficient from uranin concentration, it is possible to calculate and display chlorophyll concentration. **About Calibration and Measurement** ■ Zero Calibration - Remove the tip cover and fill a dedicated container with pure water or tap water, ensuring complete blockage of external light. ■ Span Calibration - Similar to zero calibration, remove the cover and place the detector in a dedicated container. - Span calibration is performed using a uranin standard solution. - The span calibration range is 100–200 μg/L. ■ Measurement - The measurement value displays uranin concentration, but it can be converted to chlorophyll concentration by inputting and setting the correlation coefficient. - It is possible to perform calculations by inputting the correlation coefficient y = a + bx for uranin concentration and chlorophyll concentration. - Two-point calibration is also possible using the chlorophyll concentration of the water sample determined by manual analysis. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
