[Case Study of Water Treatment Equipment] Iwate Prefecture Poultry Processing Plant (3500m3/d Treatment)

Introduction of a case study on the introduction of water treatment equipment for the standard activated sludge facility renewal plan due to aging.

We would like to introduce a case study of a poultry processing plant in Iwate Prefecture that implemented our "water treatment system." At this plant, they were planning to update their aging standard activated sludge equipment in conjunction with the expansion of their new facility and had requested proposals from several companies. The key selection criteria were equipment that could be operated without skilled operators and equipment that could ensure stable treated water quality. As a result, they adopted our membrane treatment system, allowing them to reduce the aeration tank capacity to about half compared to the standard activated sludge system. The installation of a robust denitrification tank, which was not present in the conventional equipment, contributed to stable operation.
